BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. Electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories, according to an action plan for the creation of a green energy zone in the Azerbaijani territories liberated from Armenian occupation [in the 2020 Second Karabakh War] in 2022-2026 approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, Trend reports.
According to action plan, Azerbaijan’s Economy, Energy, Digital Development and Transport Ministries, together with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), Azerenerji OJSC and Azerishig OJSC, should ensure the installation of Electric vehicle charging stations in the liberated territories during the specified period.
