BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 18. The total value of products manufactured at industrial enterprises and by individual entrepreneurs in Azerbaijan slightly decreased from January through September 2022, Trend reports on October 17 via the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan.
According to the committee, this figure amounted to 64.1 billion manat ($37.7 billion), down by 0.6 percent on annual basis.
In the first nine months of this year, production in the oil and gas sector lowered by 1.9 percent, and in the non-oil sector - increased by 7.2 percent compared to the same period in 2021.
At the same time, 75.8 percent of industrial output accounted for the mining sector, 20.4 percent - for the processing sector, 3.2 percent - for the production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, and 0.6 percent - for the water supply, waste treatment and recycling sector.
