BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 25. Prices for Baku's private and country houses declined in September 2022, Director of the MBA Consulting Group company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The cost of one square meter of private and country houses decreased by 6.67 percent compared to August 2022 and increased by 9.12 year-on-year, up to 7.42 manat ($4.3)," he said.
The average cost of renting houses in Baku amounted to 1,161 manat or $682, down by 26.89 percent compared to August 2022 (1,588 manat or $934) and up by 18.24 percent compared to August 2021 (1,420 manat or $835).
The total volume of offers in the market of private and country houses decreased by 6.8 percent in September 2022 compared to the previous month, and increased by 23.19 percent year-on-year (to 425).
