BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 22. Iranian citizens purchased 526 real estate properties in Türkiye in January 2023, the Turkish State Authority on Land Cadastre and Real Estate Purchase and Sale, Trend reports via TurkicWorld.
This figure dropped by 235 objects compared to the same period of 2022.
In the reporting month, real estate transactions in Türkiye increased by 10.6 percent compared to 2022 and amounted to 97,708 transactions.
The number of real estate properties sold to foreigners totaled 4,161 in January 2023, decreasing by 0.6 percent against 2022's indicator.
