BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 7. Prices on the secondary real estate market in Baku continue to grow year-on-year, the director of the MBA Group consulting company, Nusret Ibrahimov, told Trend.
"Prices on the secondary real estate market of Baku increased by 18.4 percent in June 2023 compared to the same period in 2022 and May 2023 (a decrease of 1.62 percent). During the reporting period, the average cost per square meter in the secondary real estate market amounted to 1,943 manat ($1,142)," Ibrahimov said.
He noted that the total volume of offers on the secondary market amounted to 1,864 (an increase of 13.31 percent over the year compared to last month's 1.19 percent).
As of January 1, 2023, the average cost per square meter in the secondary real estate market was 1,763 manat ($1,037), while the total volume of offers in the secondary market was 1,821.
