BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 14. Apartment rental prices have increased in Baku in October 2023, the Director of Azerbaijan's MBA (Marketing,Business, Analysis) Group consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average cost of apartment rent in Baku amounted to 955 manat ($561.7), which is growth of 3.13 percent for a month, decrease of 13.65 percent for a year," Ibrahimov said.
The total volume of proposals on the apartment rental market in Baku amounted to 920 in the reporting month (growth for the month by 1.55 percent and for the year by 15.29 percent), he added.
The average cost of housing rent in Baku as of January 1, 2023, was 937 manat ($551), and the total volume of offers was 790.
