BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 5. Analysts from the ING Group have presented a forecast on GDP growth in Azerbaijan for the coming years, Trend reports.
According to the latest data from the firm, the country's
economic growth is predicted to reach four percent in the first
quarter of 2024. Furthermore, a slowdown is projected, with rates
of 2.5 percent and 2 percent in the second and third quarters of
2024, respectively.
In general, researchers predict moderate GDP growth in Azerbaijan,
at 2.5 percent in 2024 and 2.7 percent in 2025.
According to ING projections, Azerbaijan's GDP will develop at an
average annual rate of 2.6 percent in 2024-2025.
The UN forecasts Azerbaijan's GDP growth in 2024 at 2.6%, the World
Bank at 2.4 percent, and Moody's at 2 percent.
