ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 14. Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev engaged in discussions regarding important aspects of bilateral cooperation between their nations, Trend reports.
The conversation took place over the phone and highlighted essential sectors for bilateral cooperation.
The leaders addressed the current state and prospects of collaboration in trade and economy, fuel and energy, transportation and communication, as well as agriculture.
The two sides also reviewed the implementation of previously agreed upon arrangements and outlined joint projects.
Additionally, Berdimuhamedov highlighted that strong mutual trust and transparency in intergovernmental dialogue are essential for promoting effective collaboration between the two nations.
