Construction work in the second residential complex on the territory of the White City in Baku has been completed by more than 25 percent, the Aksaray Residence company, which is implementing this project, told Trend.
“Presently, the construction of an underground parking lot in the housing estate is under completion,” the source of the company said.
"This is a big premium residential complex which is being built within the White City project,” the source said. “The construction of the first floor of the parking will be completed soon. The construction of the residential complex will be completed in 2020, approximately at the end of the first half of the year. The minimum starting price for one a square meter in the building which is under construction is 1,500-1,550 manat ($884-913)."
“The company issues an interest-free loan for 36 months, while the prepayment price is 30 percent of the price of the apartment,” the source said.
The first residential complex was completed and commissioned in 2018.
The construction of the second facility within the White City project was launched in April 2019.
