Modernization of three units for production of propane-butane blend at Shurtan oil and gas production department (Uzbekistan) is planned to be completed in November 2020, Trend reports with reference to Uzbekneftegaz.
As of today, the total volume of construction is 17 percent completed by Mubarekneftegazmontazh LLC.
At present, replaceable flow parts for booster compressor station, shut-off and control valves, instrumentation, low voltage electrical equipment, storage tanks for liquefied gas, separators, laboratory equipment, etc. are being supplied.
The $49 million project is aimed at increasing the production of propane-butane mixture of liquefied gas by 61,000 tons per year at the three plants and meeting the growing demand of domestic consumers for this fuel.
To implement the project, technological equipment manufactured at the plants of KMPO JSC (Russia), NIPI NG PETON LLC (Russia), Endress+Hauser (Switzerland), Sumy NPO (Ukraine) and others companies is imported.
The project is being implemented in accordance with the decision of the President of Uzbekistan, dated January 9, 2020.
