Azerbaijan’s Invest Proje LLC construction company has completed implementation of a major project aimed at the construction of residential building in center of Baku, a source in the company told Trend.
“We’re talking about the construction of a 20-story residential building of the premium class”, the source added.
According to the source, the construction was carried out in the capital’s Khatai district.
"The minimum price of apartments in a high-rise building is 1,000 manat ($588,235), the maximum is 1,700 manat ($1,000). The building will be fully operational in July, 2020," added the source.
The sale of apartments in this housing estate will begin in late July, early August of 2020, the source noted.
The Invest Proje was established in 2013 in Baku.
The company is engaged in the implementation of large-scale construction projects in Baku that meet the requirements of Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.
The main mission of the company is to build beautiful high-rise buildings in Baku and other cities of Azerbaijan. Basically, the company builds premium-class high-rise buildings.
