The non-state construction enterprises in Azerbaijan took on most of the work in Baku - 86.6 percent - from January through May 2020, Trend reports with reference to the State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, 68.1 percent of the work performed by construction enterprises in the first five months of this year accounted for construction, reconstruction and expansion work, 6.6 percent - for overhaul, 5.2 percent - for current repairs.
The share of the construction work amounted to 20.1 percent
In 2019, the non-state construction enterprises completed 81.2 percent of all construction work in Baku. At the same time, 68.2 percent of the work performed by construction enterprises was related to construction, reconstruction and expansion, 7.9 percent - overhaul, 4.7 percent - overhaul, 19.2 percent - other types of construction work.
