Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat company completing construction of residential complex

The implementation of a major project in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku, envisaging the construction of multi-story buildings in the New Gunashli settlement of the city, is underway in stages, a source in the Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat construction company told Trend.

In total, four multi-storey buildings are to be constructed on this territory, and the construction of three has been fully completed. Approximately 30 percent of the work was completed in the fourth building.

“One-room, two-room and three-room apartments of 40 square meters, 60 square meters and 80 square meters are being built in the high-rise buildings,” the source said. “The cost of the apartments is 1,200 manat ($705) per square meter.”

In total, eight multi-story buildings are planned to be built in this territory.

In accordance with the preliminary plans, the construction work within this project will continue till late 2020.

While building the multi-storey buildings, the company uses high-quality building materials without harmful chemical impurities, in particular, B-25 concrete made in Ukraine, fittings which are used for leveling concrete made by the German Peri company, Firat pipes and Imkacable company’s electric cables.

Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
