New group of buildings opened in Turkmenistan’s capital

A new group of buildings has opened in Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenistan’s State News Agency.

The buildings have dozens of retail outlets, two halls for weddings and other celebrations, restaurants and five cafeterias.

More than 15,000 square meters are allocated on the first floor for retail. Social services businesses and a pharmacy are also located there.

The surrounding area has been landscaped, where roads and sidewalks have been laid, and auxiliary structures have been erected.

The group was built in the capital of Turkmenistan – Ashgabat. Thus, the construction was carried out by domestic companies.

The implementation of projects was entrusted to private enterprises-members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan exceeded the estimates for production and provision of services in the construction sector by 16.2 percent from January through October 2020.

The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan surpassed projections in the construction sector by 9.8 percent during the reporting period.

Turkmen Ministry of Industry and Construction of the country exceeded the plan for the provision of services by 0.4 percent, and the Ministry of Energy by 6.1 percent.
