Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / An international conference with the subject of 'The Fifteenth Anniversary of Azerbaijan's Anti-monopoly Body: Results and Prospects' and the twenty-sixth meeting of the CIS Intergovernmental Council on Anti-Monopoly Policy will take place in Baku from 19 to 21 September.
According to the Azerbaijan Economic Development Ministry, the representatives of the CIS Intergovernmental Council on Anti-Monopoly Policy, the European Union, competitive organizations of the CIS, Latvia and Mongolia, the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the Organization on Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and other international economic organizations, the heads of the adequate state bodies, as well as local entrepreneurs are expected to be in attendance.
Participants of the conference will discuss the establishment and development stages of the anti-monopoly body, as well as establishment, development, and introduction stages of rivalry legislation.
