Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. Y.Aliyev / An AZN 7mln credit was allocated for entrepreneurs of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) within nine months of 2007, Vasif Talibov, the chairman of the Ali Majlis (Supreme Council) of NAR, said on 17 October.
Delivering a speech before the student-magistrals of Nakhchivan State University, Talibov said 27 manufacturing departments have been founded in NAR in 2007. Some 29,000 new jobs have been created within the last four years in NAR.
The Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev, is on a two days visit to NAR. Mr. Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the University.
