Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. U.Ismaylova / One of the biggest leasing companies in Azerbaijan Ata Leasing issued $500,000 second issue bonds, the Government reported on 13 November.
In total 500 paperless nominal bonds at a cost of $1,000 were issued. The date of appeal is three years. The allocation underwriter is AtaBank.
The previous issue of bonds by AtaLeasing was registered in August 2005, with 5,000 bonds. The nominal cost of the bonds was $100 for a two year term.
AtaLeasing has been operating in Azerbaijani since 2004. AtaLeasing's 64% of shares belongs to AtaHolding and 36% to AtaBank.
