Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 February / Trend / The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan injected changes into the rules on the export, via the Azerbaijani Customs Border, of goods by private citizens which are not allocated for production and commrce, adopted on 31 May 2001.
The Ministry announced that the changes were injected in connection with a decision made at the 14th conference of the Convention on International Trading of Ecological Species (CITES) in June 2007, which allows anyone leaving Azerbaijan to take 125g of caviar for their own use, instead of the previous allowance of 250g.
The Cabinet of Ministers made the decision on the basis of a proposal by the Ministries of Ecology and Natural Resources, Economic Development, Justice and State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.
