Azerbaijan, Baku, 5 April / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / Over AZN 16.6mln was invested in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) of Azerbaijan from January to February 2008, which is more by 38.9% compared to the mentioned period in 2007, NAR Baku representative reported.
The investments into the construction works marked up by 24.7% and comprised AZN 14.3mln.
From January to February, the construction companies of NAR spent AZN 11.5ml, which is more by 23.5% in 2007.
Some AZN 7.2mln fell on construction and reconstruction of new buildings, over AZN4mln on repair and AZN 64,500 on other construction work.
