Azerbaijan, Baku, 29 April / Trend / The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of Bank Standard CJSC CB.
The volume of the issue is AZN 3,000,000, the face value per bond AZN 100, annual interest rate on bonds 15% and the turnover period 365 days.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange. Standard Capital LLC will be the underwriter of bonds placement. Those intending to purchase bonds can apply to any organization, which is the member of Baku Stock Exchange CJSC and has a brokerage license.
The issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of Bank Standard CJSC CB will be available on the website of Baku Stock Exchange.
