Azerbaijan, Baku, 13 June / Trend / Garant Sigorta limited company plans to change its legal structure and to turn to open joint stock company (OJSC), the company said on 13 June.
According to Vagif Hasanova, chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Garant Sigorta plans to expand business with its new legal structure.
The company founded in November 2007, is one of the first to introduce corporative social responsibility in the insurance market of Azerbaijan.
Garant Sigorta is implementing projects aimed at the development of culture of sport, education, economy in Azerbaijani and improving life standards of the low-income families.
