Great Britain, London, 27 June / Trend corr. G.Ahmadova / The international conference Euromoney Global Borrowers and Investors Forum was held on 25 June, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Great Britain told Trend .
The conference was dedicated to the credit crisis has been observed in the world economy recently, and its possible influence on the world financial markets.
Heydar Babayev, Minister of Economic Development, has represented Azerbaijan in the conference.
Within the framework of the visit to London, the Azerbaijani Minister met with range of state officials including Padraic Fallon, President of the company Euromoney Institutional Investors, and Richard Ensor, Executive Director of the company.
The conference focused on the discussions of range of issues including the current state of global financial institutes, mortgage financing, further tendencies to develop investment markets, investment banking, risk management, financing of infrastructure projects and others.
The annual conference Euromoney is implemented through participation of global credit organizations, investors and financial markets.
