Azerbaijan, Baku, 14 July / Trend corr U.Ismayilova/ "In June, average price for 1 sq m of housing in Baku secondary real estate market dropped by 3.1% to $1,626 per sq m from May," public organization Real Estate Market Participants reported on 14 July. Prices mainly descended in the Binagadi, Nizami, Narimanov, Surakhani and Khatai districts in Baku.
Activity of secondary market decreased by 1.5% in June.
In June, Baku secondary real estate market supplied 6,400 flats, with 19.6% of them located in the Narimanov district, 18.1% in the Yasamal district and 17.1% in the Khatai district.
In June, 2-room flats comprised majority (38.2%) in the Baku secondary housing market, and 3-room flats comprised 35.1%.
