Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, 1 August / corr. Trend R.Meshadihasanli / The Uzbek Government searches foreign investors for joint development of tungsten field in Samarqand city.
The term of a tender, which was announced by the Tender Consulting Uzbek agency, will finish on 2 September.
In accordance with the terms of Uzbekistan, foreign investor should allocate $40mln to commission a mine in Samarqand and produce 300,000 tons tungsten a year. Moreover, equipment and engineering tools for tungsten development should be brought and launched within two years.
