Azerbaijan, Baku, 13 October / Trend /Unileasing companyїs regional representatives have invested over $11mln into premises, the company said.
Emin Karimov, companyїs regional development manager, said that the companyїs leasing portfolio on five regional subdivisions (Ganja, Lankaran, Shaki, Guba and Saatli) as for the third quarter of 2008 totaled $7.8mln. Companyїs leasing portfolio went up to 2.5 times compared to early of the year.
As for the results of the first quarter, the total number of deals, which were signed by companyїs regional representatives, touched 178. Under the deals, 234 premises were transmitted to leasing.
Companyїs representatives covered the north-west, south-east, north, north-east and central regions of the country.
Recently, Unileasing has opened its fifth regional representative in Saatli region. At present, Unileasing considers a range of potential projects and first contracts are expected to be signed soon.
