In preparation for the winter season, commission of
the Azerbaijan State Railway started checking all railway holdings, the office
said.
As part of the examination, all buildings, squares, compliance with industrial
and technological discipline, safety of traffic at the stations, enterprises
and organizations of the State Railway, compliance with the rules of technical
safety, and preparation of all enterprises to the winter season will be
inspected.
Inspection began with the Yalama station. Then, the stations and all railway lines in the areas of Boyuk-Kasik-Hajigabul, Goradiz-Osmanli, Astara-Shirvan-Alat, Hajigabul-Balajar, Absheron section, Balajar, Baku passenger station, Baku freight station, Keshla station, switchyard named after Tagiyev, Guzdak station, Khirdalan station will be inspected.
