Azerbaijan, Baku, 3 November / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / Average price of flat at secondary market of Baku fell by 0.9% - to $135,510 in September, the public organization of Participants of Real Estate Market said on 3 November.
Average cot of one flat amounted to $56,690.
Offers rose by 13.6% at secondary housing market of Baku. Thus, about 800 flats were offered at the market within a month.
Flats in Yasamal District, Narimanov District, Nasimi District and Khatai District of Baku made up 75% of portfolio of the secondary market in September.
Part of three-room flats in the portfolio of the market amounted to 35% and part of two-room flats - 34%.
