Ukraine, Kiev, Jan. 13 / Trend , Z.Novosvitski/ From Jan. 13 on, the National Bank of Ukraine prohibited commercial banks from changing currency exchange rate during one day. That is stipulated in the National Bank's letter dated Jan. 12.
The document says that the exchange rate at the bank cash offices, bank offices and exchange points must be established every day before the beginning of the working day in compliance with the order of these banks' heads alone. Heads of bank offices are prohibited to independently establish the exchange rate.
