On Feb. 18, 2009 from 11:00 to 12:30 an auction on placement of notes of National Bank will be held on the Baku Stock Exchange.
The state registration number of Notes is 50100721S. The volume of the issue is 20 million manat, volume put-up in auction 10 million manat, face value per note 200 manat, turnover period 27 days. The maturity date is March 17, 2009.
Total number of bids (competitive and noncompetitive) presented by each bank should not exceed 3.
Noncompetitive bids not exceeding 20 percent of the issue volume are allowed at the auction.
On Feb. 17, the official exchange rate is 0.8063 manat to $1.
