Construction activities totaling 160.2 million manat were conducted in January 2009, or a 4.6-percent increase from January 2008, the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee said.
The state sector accounted for 57, 200 manat.
The private sector accounted for 103 million manat.
Newly constructed buildings, reconstruction and expansion accounted for 103 million manat.
Capital repairs accounted for 31.3 million manat.
