The Kapital Bank re-formed its supervisory board in connection with changed shareholders, the bank said in a message.
The new supervisory board includes chairman Vadim Shneyer, Rauf Hajiyev, Nofal Rzayev, Araz Agayev, Farhad Amirbayov.
Shareholders held an extraordinary meeting on March 31, 2009.
The meeting also selected new staff of the Auditor Committee.
