Second Azerbaijani International Insurance Forum will be held on July 9-10 in Baku, Azerbaijan Insurance Association (AIA) director Gafar Majidov said. Trend new agency will provide media support to the forum.
Association's working group confirmed time and program of the forum earlier last week. The new program will differ from that of the last years, Majidov said.
First Azerbaijan International Insurance Forum was held by AIS and Finance Ministry in Baku in June 2008.
The forum was dedicated to the trends of development of Azerbaijan's insurance market, impact of European insurance experience on the development of insurance sphere, analysis into the insurance market as country's financial system and corporative governance in insurance.
Representatives from Polish Reinsurance Society, SFS, Russia Insurance Society, Keln reinsurance joint stock company, Allianze closed joint stock company, ROSNO and Ingosstrakha and others.
AIA was founded on Dec. 29, 2006. All insurance companies operating in the country are the members of the Association. The AIA Supervisory Board includes five Azerbaijani insurance companies - MBASK, Standard Insurance, International Insurance Company, Azersigorta and Ateshgah.
