Azerbaijan will be represented at the 10th session of the UN Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families on April 21-22 in Geneva by the commission, headed by the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Natik Mammadov, the Ministry said.
During the meeting, a report will be provided from Azerbaijan on the topic of "International Convention on protection of the rights of migrant workers and their families." The Deputy Minister will also inform of the works done in the country to bring national legislation and migration processes control systems into conformity with best international practices.
The session will also discuss the activities in the country as part of obligations under international conventions, and their results.
