A conference on internal issues of Akkord Construction Company was held in Baku on May 27, the company said.
The conference focused on improving modern management system and success achieved in the use of Primavera program. Human resources, measures taken regarding distribution of personnel, employing workers and training were also discussed.
The conference also focused on internal financing of the company, communication, information technology, as well as the quality and standardization, sales and marketing, production and commerce, advertising and the formation of the company's image through the media.
Director of Akkord İnşaat-Sənaye Neylan Uyar, Akkord Project Management Department Head Mezahir Jamilov, Department for Construction Control Head Yavuz Usal, senior specialist of Finance Department Orkhan Aliyev and Humna Resources Department Head Yekbun Akbash made reports at the meeting.
