The first auto cranes on Belarus technologies will be assembled in Ganja's car plant in Azerbaijan in 2009, Belarus ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolay Paskevich said on June 4.

Delegation of Mogilev metallurgical plant visited the plant ten days ago with proposal to assemble cranes in the plant, Ganja's car plant director Khanlar Fatiyev said.

"Marketing research is being held on sale market. Production of this technique will be launched in near future," Fatiyev said.

Cranes are planned to install in Belarus MAZ cars. Their assembly is implemented in Ganja's plant.

The contract on assembly and sale of all freight cars of Minsk car plant in Azerbaijan was signed in Minsk late November 2006.

Assembling is conducted in 15,000 square meters area.

Ganja is in the west of Azerbaijan 265 kilometers from Baku.
