As for July 23, six suspected cases of influenza A/H1N1 were registered in Astana, the Kazakh Health Ministry reported.
"A diagnosis has been confirmed on three of them, three other children are under suspicion," the report says.
All these persons are children aged between 12 and 15 years, who were in the UK on June 18-July 19.
The ministry reported two children, on whom A/H1N1 virus was confirmed, are in hospital at the moment. Another child with a mild form of disease, as well as three children suspected with the disease are observed and treated at home.
