Prices dropped 4.1 percent on the Baku land market in July. Prices reduced from $19,580 to $18,790 per hundred part, Participants of Property Market public organization said on August 24.
Prices rather dropped 9.4 percent in Surakhani region of Baku. Prices increased 2.5 percent in Karadag region and 0.1 percent in Azizbayov region.
Increase of prices in Karadag region of Baku was connected with establishment of a large trade center in Baku.
The most active regions were Binagadi and Narimanov in July but the most passive ones - Nasimi region.
815.2-hectare-land plots were offered on the market in July, 76.6 percent hit vacant plots.
Term of land plots exposition increased 2.1 percent in July up to 234 days. Experts said that it is connected with significant increase of real proposals over demand and impact of the world financial crisis.
The most expensive land plot was offered for $350,000 per hundred part in Nasimi region of Baku in July and the cheapest one for $350 per hundred part in Sabunchi region of Baku.
