A delegation of Danish businessmen is on visit to Georgia to study the investment environment in Georgia. There also will be held business forum with the participation of the Danish delegation.
Danish businessmen will be familiarized with Georgia's economic potential and the reforms held to liberalize the economy, Deputy Economic Development Minister Zurab Alavidze said before the opening of the forum.
"We will try to familiarize the Danish businessmen with those innovations that the government has developed to liberalize the economy. These meetings are important for attracting additional investment into the country, creating jobs and solving the unemployment problem," Alavidze added.
According to the Danish businessmen, the visit is of familiarization nature and whether they be interested in any of the Georgian economic spheres, will become clear after the meeting.
