Since March 2009, the Azerbaijani State Committee on Town Building and Architecture has issued 31 licenses to work on designing buildings and installations of the first and second degree of responsibility corresponding to state standards, the state committee said on Oct. 27.
The Azerbaijani President issued a decree on issuing licenses for the activities of designing buildings and installations of the first and second degree of responsibility corresponding state standards on Nov. 13, 2007.
So far, about 40 enterprises and individuals have applied to get a license to the Committee.
