A conference on introducing opportunities for investment in Iran will be held November 11-12 in Portuguese capital city of Lisbon.
IRNA news agency quoted Organization for Investment, Economic, and Technical Assistance of Iran's Director Behrouz Alishiri as saying that the conference can be a venue for exploring new avenues for bilateral economic cooperation.
Portuguese private sector investors have already announced their interest in investing in Iran''s petrochemical, renewable energy, pharmaceutical, tourism, IT, housing, and mining projects, Alishiri said.
