In September, prices fell 3.6 percent, from $17,474 per sq.m. to $16.824 on the land market in Baku, the Participants of Real State Market said on Oct. 30.
The most significant decline in prices was observed in the Sabail district of Baku at 10.3 percent, price rise was not observed in any of the districts of Baku.
The most active areas on the land market of Baku were the Binagadi and Narimanov, most passive - the Nasimi districts in September.
The most expensive land in September was offered on the market in the Yasamal district of Baku for $250,000 per hundred square meters, the cheapest in the Absheron district - $280 per hundred square meters.
In September, totally 837.7 hectares of land was offered on the land market of Baku, of which 76.2 percent were empty lots. Term exposition of land in September rose 0.8 percent to 239 days.
