The Public budget of Azerbaijan is projected to allocate 329.6 million manat for subsidies, current transfers and redemption of loss of state institutions in 2010, mentioned in the project of 2010 Public budget of Azerbaijan, which is under consideration of Parliament.
The Public budget is projected to allocate 167.3 million manat for subsidies and current transfers, and 112.3 million manat to pay off the losses of state institutions.
The budget is planned to provide 19 million manat for Azeristiliktedzhhizad JSC to resolve existing problems in the heating supply, $ 3.1 million manat for Azersu JSC, 11.9 million manat for Azerbaijan Airlines JSC (for flights carried out in the Nakhichivan Autonomous Republic), 9.1 million manat for the Baku Metro, 2.7 million manat for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies, 14.5 million manat for the payment of losses and financial rehabilitation of public institutions, 50 million manat for the reconstruction of communal and communication systems.
351.6 million manat is planned to be provided for reconstruction and capital repair of highways, 125.8 million manat for improvement of roads, 225.8 million manat for reconstruction and capital repair, 147.8 million manat for city and town roads and streets.
