VTB-Azerbaijan completed placing shares worth 16 million manat on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) Dec.29, the Bank reported
Thus, the bank completed placing shares worth 80 million manat with nominal value of 0.2 AZN per share. This information was announced Dec.14 2009.
Brokdil-Az is an underwriter of the bonds placement of the bank
As of Nov.1, bank's assets hit 16.06 million manat.
The bank's authorized capital is 7,815 million manat
Fifty-one percent of the VTB Bank's shares belong to the Russian VTB Bank and 49 percent to residents of the Azerbaijan Republic
