The Azerbaijani Anadolu Investment Company became shareholder of the Azerbaijan Senaye Sigorta Insurance company, the company's Chairman Rashad Ahmadov said today
The sole founder - the Azerbaijani Senaye Bank - decided to change shareholders' structure, Ahmadov said
The entry of new shareholder was accompanied by an increase in the authorized capital of the insurance company
"Formerly the company's capital made up 1,000,000 manat and now was increased by 4,000,000 manat. The new shareholder posses 50 percent shares of the insurance company and has paid 2,000,000 manat in authorized capital," Ahmadov said
Azerbaycan Senaye Sigorta insurance company was established in 1997. The company provides insurance services in four types of mandatory and 27 voluntary types. As of January-November the company's premiums amounted to 3.38 million manat, with payments of 0.55 million manat
The Turkish company Anadolu Cam Investment affiliated Anadolu investments, which specializes in the preserved foods production. The Anadolu investments owned 97 percent of OAO Azerbaycan Senaye Sigorta
