The deputy chairman of Iranian parliamentary agricultural committee said that national agriculture credit will increase 70 percent next Iranian calendar year (starting March 21).
IRINN news network quoted Kazem Farahmand as saying that next year $7 billion credit will be allocated to the agriculture sector.
He pointed out that $300 million will be allotted to farmers who have suffered from drought and cold weather and $600 million subsides will be paid to repay outstanding loans.
