The index of production prices for agricultural products increased by 0.2 percent in Azerbaijan in February and reduced by 3.8 percent, the State Statistical Committee said.
Last month, prices for crop production, melon and fruit increased by 2.8 percent and reduced by 0.2 percent compared to January-February 2009.
In February, the index of production prices for livestock products reduced by 2.9 percent (9.4 percent) in February. The price index of forest products remained unchanged (increased by 26 percent compared to January-February of last year), prices for fish and fishery products increased by 2.6 percent (remains unchanged).
