Azerbaijan imported about 95,650 tons of cement and cement clinkers in January 2010 or 42.4 percent less compared to the same period of 2009, the State Statistical Committee said. Cement and cement clinkers were imported to the amount of $4.23 million within this period or 26.3 percent less compared to the same period of 2009.
Cement and cement clinkers were imported to the amount of 22,200 tons within this period or 80 percent less compared to the same period of 2009. Cement clinkers were imported to the amount of $987,900 or 71 percent less compared to the same period of 2009.
Cement was imported to the amount of 73,450 tons within this period or 32.5 percent more compared to the same period of 2009. Cement was imported to the amount of $3.24 million within this period or 38.5 percent less compared to the same period of 2009.
