Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov considered a number of major projects, prepared by the French construction company Bouygues, national TV channel Altyn Asyr said. Bouygues Batiment International company director general Olivier-Marie Racine, Bouygues Turkmen director general Michel Osh and Bouygues Turkmen commercial director Jacques Masse participated in the discussion.
The information said that they have submitted more than 140 plates with several options of new buildings, which have been already placed, or only planned for construction in Ashgabat.
The French company presented large-scale reconstruction projects of the international airport in Ashgabat, the local buildings of Bouygues's main office and building of the Ashgabat city administration. It will be constructed in the form of solar tower - a unique complex for research of alternative energy sources.
Altyn Asyr TV channel reported that the project of area and amusement zone, created in Ashgabat was also discussed. Natural History Museum, Museum of Science and Medicine, town of Turkmenistan's art, Marine Palace Aquarium, aqua park, equestrian center, hotel, golf platform, cinema, an amphitheater will be constructed in the territory.
Moreover, the Turkmen President was informed of a number of ongoing projects, including Oguzkent hotel, presidential complex, the palace of congress, administrative buildings of ministries and additional buildings of the parliament.
