The Iranian Securities and Exchange Organization issued the agreement in principle to set up the first Iranian expatriates investment fund.
The Mehr News Agency reported the idea of opening this fund came up for the first time last year in a specialized economic and commercial working group and the Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran was given a mandate by the president to provide the required situation.
