The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development held monitoring at the company Unikal producing biscuit products, cakes "Behre", the ministry said.
According to the current standards, the maximal storage period of biscuits is one month, cakes - 15 days, the cookies - one month. But four months and six months were indicated at "Behre" products. The company did not have a regulatory certification for products.
In this regard, the production and sale of products have been suspended. The state service has also ordered to withdraw these products from commercial facilities. A criminal case was filed due to the violation of the antimonopoly legislation.
The State Service recommends consumers to refrain from buying products of "Behre", produced by Unikal Company.
